Network News Is Dead – Sam Donaldson

The Moderate Voice quotes Sam Donaldson at the NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) today saying of Network News, “I think it’s dead. Sorry” He goes on to say:

“God forbid, if someone shot the President, which network would you turn to? It will be cable, the Internet–something other than General Hospital being interrupted.”

He has a point. While waiting today to see if the smoke was white, black or grey coming from the vatican today, I was reloading a web page.
