I just finished reading Bella Tuscany by Frances Mayes, the sequel to Under The Tuscan Sun . In enjoyed both books but I find describing them to be somewhat more problematic. They read like a love letter to Italy. The books is composed of a series of stories of travel in Italy, home remodeling, and recipes. The second book more than the first contrasts the hectic life in California with the different rhythm of life in Italy. This is a book to read slowly sitting outside on a sunny day.
